摘要
本文研究了利用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定京万红中镉.以HNO3-HClO4-H2O2处理样品,转化为测定溶液。残留的HNO3、HClO4对测定无影响。可检测0.0024μg/g的镉;精密度达2.4%;回收率在95-110%.
In this paper,a study was undertaken to determine cadimium in Jing Wan Hongointment by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(CIF-AAS).The samplewas treated with an acid solution of HNO3-HClO4-HO2,which coverted the sample intoa determinable solution.The remainder of HNO3 or HClO4 had no interfering effect on de-termination.The minimum detectable limit of the proposed method is about is about 0. 0024 μg/gfor cadimium,with an accuracy of ±2.4% and a recovery of(95~110)%。
