石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测京万红中的镉

GF──AAS DETERMINATION OF CADMIUM N JING WAN HONG OINTMENT

本文研究了利用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定京万红中镉．以ＨＮＯ３－ＨＣｌＯ４－Ｈ２Ｏ２处理样品，转化为测定溶液。残留的ＨＮＯ３、ＨＣｌＯ４对测定无影响。可检测０．００２４μｇ／ｇ的镉；精密度达２．４％；回收率在９５－１１０％．

In this paper,a study was undertaken to determine cadimium in Jing Wan Hongointment by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(CIF-AAS).The samplewas treated with an acid solution of HNO3-HClO4-HO2,which coverted the sample intoa determinable solution.The remainder of HNO3 or HClO4 had no interfering effect on de-termination.The minimum detectable limit of the proposed method is about is about 0. 0024 μg/gfor cadimium,with an accuracy of ±2.4% and a recovery of(95～110)%。
