毛细管气相色谱法测定汾酒中乙酸乙酯的含量

THE DETERMINATION OF ETHYL ACETATE CONTENT IN DIFFERENT DISTILLED SPIRITS BY CAPILLART GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY

本文采用内标法，以乙酸正丁酯为内标物，用气象色谱法在恒温条件下，采用毛细管色谱柱和氢火焰检测器，测定了不同批号汾酒中芳香成分乙酸乙酯的含量，并进行了对比。实验测得的乙酸乙酯回收率在８１．６％～１１５．２％之间，变异系数＜５％。证明该法可用于酒中芳香成分乙酸乙酯的测定。该法快速、简便，重复性好，适用于常规质量检测。

Based on GC-Method and internal calibration principle, under the condition ofconstent tempreture,the ethyl acetate in different distilled spirits was determined by usingcapillary column and hydrogen flame ionization deterctor. The guantitative conective fac-tor of the ethyl-acetate was determined. The average rate of recovery of ethyl-acetateamount was81.6%～115.2%and the coeffient of rariation was less than 5%The methodwas suitable to the determination of cthyl acetate in disilled. spirit. In addion,the methodis simple , rapid, reproductive and available to routine guality control.
