摘要
将酱油硝化处理后,加入一定量的蒸馏水,用HCl调溶液的PH=2,在恒电位下,使溶液中铅被电解沉积,然后断开电源。用溶液中溶解氧作为氧化剂,使极沉积的铅溶解出来通过溶化出峰进行定量测定。
A certain quantity of distilled water is added after the soy souce being nitrafied.The solution of pH=2 is adjusted with HCL and then the lead in the solution will be elec-trodeposited under steady electric potential,then cut off the electricity supply. By usingthe oxygen dissolved in the solution as an oxidizing agent, the electrodeposited lead can besolved in the solution and determined quantitatively with the stripping peaks.
