摘要
本文论述推进和深化QC小组活动的重要意义,指出提高商业企业服务质量的关键是管理,对推进和深化QC小组活动的对策作了探讨。
This paper deals with the importance of advancing and deepening the quality control aicles. It is pointed out that the Tnain problem of improving the quality of the service of the com-mercial enterprises is management at present.The countermeasures on advancing and deepening the quality control circules are discussed.
