摘要
去甲斑蝥素显一种具有升白作用的新型抗肿瘤药物，由呋喃与马来酐按Diels-Alder加成反应后催化氢化制得。本工艺改变反应溶媒、物料配比及催化剂条件后，总收率可达95．8％以上。
Norcantharidin is a kind of new-type anticancer drug with the effect of inereasing white cells. It was sythesized with furane and maleic anhydride through Diels-Alder reaction. By changing the solvent, the ratio of materials catelyst, its overall yield was increased to 95. 8%.
