摘要
按照欧洲化妆品系列抗原（简称欧抗）的成分和浓度，利用国产试剂配制一套自制抗原（简称自抗），在显微镜下对自抗１０种抗原颗粒分布均匀性及抗原颗粒大小这两项质量指标进行了检测，并做了动物皮肤急性刺激实验，同时与欧抗相应抗原进行了对比。结果证实，自抗已达欧抗质量水平。在临床１６１例患者中，欧抗化妆品系列斑试总阳性率为１６．３５％，其中阳性率在１％以上的有７种。
A set of our domestic allergens(DA), the cosmetics series,was prepared according to the concentrations provided by The InternationalContact Dermatitis Research Group(ICDRG).Thehomogeneity and sizes of particles of 10 kinds each of DA were tested and compared with corresponding to European allergens(EA). Finally, The Patch testing with DA and EA on the 161 patients with facial contact dermatitis was carried out. The results indicate that the quality of DA has reached the level of EA. Patch testing positive rate of European cosmetics series was 16. 35%, in which, positive rates of 7 kinds allergens are more than 1%.
