摘要
对精神发育迟滞者和正常人口腔上皮细胞微核出现率进行了观察。结果表明：精神发育迟滞者微核出现率（４．６５‰）明显高于正常对照组（２．２０‰），Ｐ＜０．００１。提示口腔上皮细胞微核检测与淋巴细胞一样，可反映人体遗传物质的损伤。研究显示部分精神发育迟滞者可能是遗传物质受损所致。
This paper reported that micronucleus ratio was observed in the oral epithelium cell of the both the health and the mental retardation.The results showed that the micronucleus ratio of the mental retardation was much more higher than the health(4.65‰, VS 2.20‰,P<0. 001).The study suggested that the micronucleus ratio of the oral epithelium cell could reflect the damage of the genetic material. Being like the lymphocyts in the human.The damage of the genetic material may be as a cause for the mental retardation.
