免疫核酸抗沙门氏菌感染的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 观察了抗癌免疫核酸对抗沙门氏菌实验感染的作用。结果表明:津白Ⅱ号小鼠皮下注射iNA,每日1mg以上,连续保护3天,对明尼苏达沙门氏菌50139株活菌,剂量108的攻击有不同程度的保护作用。其抗感染强度与剂量呈正相关。该实验还观察了免疫核酸与庆大霉素抗沙门氏菌感染的差别,并进一步探讨了iNA抗感染作用的机理。 This experimental research was designed to observe the effect of iNA on the experimental challenge of salmonella in mice. The result showed that mice treated with iNA ,more than 1 mg per day,subcutaneous injection for three days, can resist to the challenge of minnesota salmonella species 50139,dose 10,and the intensity of the resistance is direct ratio with the doses of iNA. This report has also Showed the differentiation of resistance to salmonella between iNA and gentamicin.The mechanism of the effect of iNA on the resistance to bacteria, has been discussed.
