50例腰椎间盘脱出症的临床分析

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 50CASES OF LUMBAR INTERVERTEBRAL DISK HERNIATION

腰椎间盘突出症（ｌｕｍｂａｒｉｎｔｅｒｖｅｒｔｅｂｒａｌｄｉｓｋｈｅｒｎｉａｔｉｏｎＬＩＤＨ）是骨科的一种常见病。作者将１９９０．７～１９９３．１２收治的５０例腰椎间盘突出的病例，从临床过程，辅助检查及手术情况几方面进行分析，并强调腰椎间盘突出症合并椎管狭窄（非间盘突出性狭窄）时，扩大侧隐窝及神经根的彻底减压的重要性。

Lumbar intervertebral disk herniation (LIDH) is one of the common deseases in orthopaedics.We have analized 50 cases of LIDH,from July of 1990 to Desember of 1993 in clinical course,assistant examinations and operational conditions.We emphasized the importance of decreasing pressure of nerve roots and expanding lateral crypty,when the patients with lumbar intervertebral disk herniation accompanied with narrow lumbar canal.
