米非司酮配伍卡前列甲酯栓终止早孕的疗效观察

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF MIFEPRISTONE AND POSTAGLANDIN ANALOGUE FOR TERMINATION EARLY PREGNANCY

米非司酮配伍卡前列甲酯栓终止≤４９天的妊娠妇女１５０例，完全流产率９０％，失败率１０％，其中８５例Ｂ超监测胎囊直径在５至２９毫米之间，完全流产率９４．１％，当胎囊≤２０毫米时终止妊娠效果良好。Ｂ超监测胎囊大小来指导药流可提高流产率，值得推广。

Both mifepristone and prostaglandin analogue (PG 05)were administered to 150 cases of early pregnancies(≤49 days)for terminating pregnancy. In our series complete abortion rate was 90% by use of these drugs.Failure of abortion was 10%. The diameter of fetal sac was 5～29mm in 85 cases by B-sonography.Complete abortion rate of them was 94.1%. The effect of terminating pregnancy was hetter when the diameter of fetal sac was≤20mm. The monitor B-ultrasound should be recommended during use of drugabortion.
