摘要
对不同发育期与不同性别的大鼠血浆醛固酮(ALDO)水平进行了研究,同时对幼鼠血浆ALDO的来源,雌鼠生殖腺对其血浆ALDO水平的影响也进行了初步探讨。结果表明幼鼠的血浆ALDO水平较低,出生15天后显著升高,25天的鼠与成年鼠血浆ALDO水平已无显著差异;大于35天的鼠血浆ALDO水平有显著的性别差异;经产鼠与处女鼠的血浆ALDO水平无显著差异;切除卵巢的雌鼠血浆ALDO水平无显著变化;出生2天后的幼鼠已具有产生ALDO的能力。
The plasma ALDO levels of rat pups showed dynamic changes during development. The plasma ALDO levels remained low before l2 days of age,but significantly rise to a high level at l5 days of age and to the level of adult at 25 days of age.There were no sex differences in the preweanling rats. However,the results from the experiment suggest a sex difference in the plasma ALDO levels of 35 days of age and adult rats.The females have higher levels of ALDO than do the males.Meanwhile,the results show that there was no difference in ALDO levels fo intact and ovariectomized females.There was also no difference in ALDO levels of multiparous and virgin females.
