左室梗塞及再灌注对右室舒张与收缩功能影响的临床与实验研究

The Influence of Left Ventricular Infarction and Reperfusion on Right Ventricular Diastolic and Systolic Performances

观察急性心肌梗塞犬(AMI)左室梗塞及再灌注对右室舒缩性能的影响。结果显示左室梗塞后右室舒缩性能出现一过性下降,再灌注与否右室舒缩性能无差别。对81例左室AMI和39例左室陈旧性心肌梗塞(OMI)患者进行观察,发现AMI和OMI患者右室舒张功能低于正常人,AMI早期溶栓成功组右室舒张功能低于非溶栓组,但在OMI患者两组并无差别。右室在左室梗塞后发挥重要的代偿和协调作用,两心室在结构和功能上有密切关系。

Right ventricle plays an important role in compensation and adjustment of heart function after left ventricular myocardial infarction. There was a transient decrease of right ventricular diastolic and systolic performances in canine model of AMI, but no significant difference between reperfusion and norireperfusion groups. Right ventricular diastolic function was lower in patients with AMI or OMI than in normal subjects,and was lower in thrombolytic group than in non-thrombolytic group of patients with AMI- But no significant difference was observed between the two groups of patients with OMI.
