摘要
观察30例CRF非透析患者性激素水平及14例HD患者HD前后性激素的变化,以70例正常成年人性激素作对比分析。结果发现CRF患者PRL、FSH、LH、E_2明显高于正常人,T明显低于正常人,且PRL、FSH与Scr呈密切正相关。HD者HD后PRL、FSH、LH明显增高,而HD者性激素和非HD者比较无显著差异。结合文献探讨了CRF患者性功能和内分泌变化的关系。
Sex hormones were determined with RIA method in 70 healthy subjects and 30 patients with chronic renal failure(CRF). The results showed that PRL,FSH,LH,and E2 level of CRF patients were significantly higher than those of the control. T level of C'RF cases were significantly decreased. PRL and FSH were positively correlated with Scr. There were significant differences of PRL,FSH and LH level in 14 CRF patients before and after hemodialysis. The results had been discussed in detail.
