慢性肺心病患者血清可溶性白介素-2受体等含量的变化 被引量:3

摘要 观察68例肺心病急性发作期与缓解期sIL-2R、β_2-mG、MDA的变化。结果表明,肺心病发作期sIL-2R、β_2-mG、MDA均明显升高,且缺氧、心衰、肾衰时升高更明显。随病情缓解,有84.6%的患者sIL-2R下降,85.3%的β_2-mG下降,92.6%的MDA下降。由此显示,肺心病发作期脂质过氧化过程加强而免疫功能减低。这3项指标的测定有助于判断病情和预后。 Levels of soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R), β2-microglobin (β2-mG) and malondialde-hyde (MDA) were observed in 68 cases of cor pulmonale during attack and relief periods. The re-sults showed that sIL-2R,β2-mG and MDA were significantly increased during acute attack, espe-cially in patients with hypoxemia .heart failure and renal failure. sIL-2R,β2-mG and MDA decreased gradually in most patients followed by relief of cor pulmonale. This suggested that enhancement of lipid peroxidation and inhibition of cellular immunity happened during acute attack of cor pulmonale.
