天津地区儿童1987～1991年IDDM发病率调查

The Incidence of Insulin-Dependent Diabetes Mellitus of Children in Tianjin Area

为了解天津地区儿童胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(IDDM)发病率,我地区31所医院儿科组成登记协作组,将1987年以来在本地区新发病的IDDM病儿按年份、月份、性别、年龄、居住区、家族史及诊前病程进行登记,同时调查天津地区1987～1991年0～14岁儿童人口总数以计算出IDDM年发病率。结果5年新病人共计50人,每年依次为11、7、13、9及10例。男21例,女29例。有家族史者占12％。2月份发病最多。3～7月份最低。5年平均发病率为0.54/(10~5·年)。按年依次为0.62/(10~5·年);0.39/(10~5·年);0.71/(10~5·年);0.48/(10~5·年)及0.52/(10~5·年)。不同年龄组5年平均发病率为:0～4^+岁0.22/(10~5·年);5～9^+岁0.52/(10~5·年)及10～14岁0.93/(10~5·年)。

An insulin-dependent diabetes melhtus(IDDM) registration group had been organized in .order to investi-gate the incidence of IDDM in children(aged O-14) in Tianjin area during 1987-1991- It consisted of pediatrie divisions of 31 hospitals in Tianjm area. The criteria of registered patients are 'citizenship, IDDM diagnosed according to WHO's criteria,low serum C-peptide,and treated with insulin. The number of new patients each year frorn 1987 to 1991 was:11,7,13,9,and 10 respectively. Age range:0-4+ yrs 7 cases, 5-9+ yrs 17,10-14yrs 26.Sex:boys 21,girls 29. Positive farnily history : 12%. The highest incidence occurred in Feb,and the lowest incidence from March to July. The incidence rates from 1987 - 1991 were:0. 62/105/yr;0. 39/105/yr,0. 71/105/yr;0. 48/105/yr and 0. 52/105/yr. The 5-year average incidence rate was. 0. 54/105/yr(0-4yrs 0. 22/105/yr ;5-9yrs0. 52/105/yr ;10-14yrs 0. 93/106/yr).
