氨力农对严重心力衰竭患者神经激素水平的影响

Effects of Amrinone on Levels of Neurohormone in Patients with Severe Heart Failure

应用氨力农静脉制剂治疗34例心力衰竭(心衰)患者,治疗前后用放免法测定血浆环核苷酸含量及血浆肾素活性、血管紧张素Ⅱ和醛固酮浓度。结果表明,氨力农可明显抑制严重心衰时过度激活的神经激素系统,是治疗心衰的有效药物。

The levels of plasma cyclic nucleotide and renin activity .concentrations of plasma angiotensin Ⅱand aldos-terone were determined with radioimmunoassay before and after amrinone was given to 34 patients with severe heart failure. The results showed that amrinone could inhibit significantly the neurohormonal system which was activated when severe heart failure happened.and it had a good therapeutic effect for heart failure.
