本文介绍了荸荠中存在的一种生物碱（ＭＴＣ）的提取、分离和鉴定，并用化学合成和ＨＮＭＲ ＮＯＥＳＹ谱数据确定其绝对构型。
An alkaloid, (-)(1S,3S)-1-methyl-1 ,2,3,4-tetrahydro-β-carboline-3-carboxylic acid lated from Heleocharis dulcis was identified. The absolute configuration was decided by 1H-1H CO 1H-1H NOESY and an asymmetric synthesis of MTC.
