摘要
采用复合吸收剂同时脱除低含硫天然气中H2S和H2O是经济而有效的一种方法。文章介绍在室内试验的基础上将复合吸收剂——MEA+TEG混合物在大庆天然气公司100#天然气脱水装置(15×104m3/d)上进行工业性试验,考查这种复合剂在原有装置流程、操作条件及设备不变的情况下,同时脱H2S和H2O的可行性。结果表明能达到预期的效果。
It is an economical and effective method to simultaneously remove the H2O and H2S from low sulfurious natural gas with compounded absorbent.On the basis of researches in laboratory,the commercial test of the compounded absorbent -MEA + TEG is made with 100 # natural gas dehydrating plant of Daqing Natural Gas Company to examine the feasibility of simultaneously removing H2S and H2O with the compounded absorbent in the conditions of unchanging the fomer plant flowsheet, operation process and equipment. which showes the desired results can be achieved.
