摘要
天然气开发规划是气田开发工作的重要组成部分，包括确定规划期间天然气开发生产的原则和目标，基本发展方向和重点，提出气田开发，生产建设的基本格局。编好天然气开发规划须按三个环节进行：规划前的调查工作是必不可少的资料准备阶段，通过对气田开发系统及地面建设状况的调查为规划提供资料数据；规划中的研究工作则要研究储量状况、已开发气田生产动态、新区潜力及编制规划的新技术等，使规划具有科学依据，在调查研究工作的基础上，根据气藏地质特点、气田开发现状及勘探成果，从气藏工程到地面建设工程进行天然气开发规划的编制。
Development program is an important part of gas field development jobs. It consists of the production Principles and forgets of nataral gas developffient,bgyic developerment direction and stress determined in the period of drawing up,and proposing out the basic framework of developing gas field and productive construction. Natural gas development program should be drawn up according the following 3 stead: ①providing daal for the program by surveying gas field development system and surface constructive conditions; ②Studying the reserves and potential in new area .the productive performance of the developed gas fields and new technolosies etc. to make the Program more scientific ; ③based on the above 2 steps, in the light of gas reservoir's geological characteristics. gas field developerment present situation and explorative results,drawing up the development program of gas reservoir engineering and surface constructive engineering.
