摘要
我国石油天然气工业是一个集知识、技术和资金于一体的行业，具有丰富的专利资源。但长期受计划经济模式的影响，而专利法的实施也才短短的１０年，要使全体职工都成为专利明白人，还需要做一系列艰苦细致的工作。文章从提高审场意识，加强专利的管理与支流；按市场经济规律管好专利项目；设立专利基金，建立工作体系等方面，对加强专利管理提出了建议。
China's oil-gas industry is the one with a lot of science-technology and funds,and has abundant patent resources.But it is only ten years to carry out patent laws because of the influence of planned economy.A seriesof painstaking work should be done to let the staff of oil-gas trade know the meaning of potent.Some suggestions in the aspests of enhancing market ideology,strengthening potent management and exchangs,managing patent projects well according to market economic laws,setting up work system etc are proposed out.
