摘要
四川油气行业干部队伍青黄不接的矛盾日渐突出,专业配套不尽合理、人才素质亟待提高。培养青年干部须更新观念、不论资排辈、不求全责备,既严格要求又大胆使用。要加强研究,按专业化思路做好干部分流,健全和完善激励机制、拓宽培养渠道,加大后备干部工作力度,促进干部合理流动,使油气行业后继有人、不断发展。

Both strict demands and bold employment are needed.Cadre assignment,encouraging mechanism and fostering channel should be well done according to specialities.Resonable mobile of cadres should be improved to make oil-gas professions have successors.
