摘要
用建立的多组分主体分离的平衡模型,对氨厂弛放气提氢变压吸附工艺的循环过程进行了模拟。对选择的计算实例,通过5个循环的模拟基本上达到了循环稳定状态。对模拟结果的分析表明,理论上是合理的,并且符合于实验测定的吸附和解吸规律,因此本模拟是适用的。
sing the equilibrium model developed by the author for bulk separation of multicomponents,simulation of the PSA cycle for concentrating H, from ammonia plant purge gas was carried out. For the considered calculation examplest it took 5 cycles to reach the cyclic steady state.An analysis shows that the results are theoretically reasonable and well fit for the basic law of adsorption and desorption experimentally determined. Thus the present model is applicable.
