摘要
K-Fe-MnO/Silicalite-2催化剂经100ml模试反应装置评价表明,其CO加氢制低碳烯烃反应性能可达到小试结果,且反应温度可降低50~60℃,催化剂具有良好的操作稳定性;提高反应温度(尤其是反应器入口温度)将导致低碳烯烃选择性大幅度下降,增加反应气空速有利于提高低碳烯烃选择性,而增大反应压力则不利于提高其选择性。
erformance evaluation of K-Fe-MnO/silicalite-2 catalyst in the 100ml scaling-up reactor shows that the reactivity in productionof light olgfins via CO hydrogenation can bethe same as in the 6ml small reactor,the reaction temperature can be reduced by 50 ̄60℃,and the catalyst exhibits excellent stablecatalytic behavior. It will cause the olefin selectivity to decrease greatly to increase the reaction temperature (the reactor inlet temperature, in especial ), It is favourable to the increase of the light olefin selectivity to raise thegas space velocity,whereas it is unfavourableto it to enhance the reaction pressure.
