摘要
研究了在Pd/α-Al2O3催化剂上,一氧化碳和亚硝酸酯偶联合成草酸酯、草酸酯水解、副产NO再生成亚硝酸酯的反应。其催化活性为1000h,平均时空产率为:611.5gDMO/Lcat·h,草酸酯水解为草酸的收率>98%,NO回收率>95-%。
study is carried out on synthesis of oxalate, e. g. dimethyl oxalate (DMO), throughcoupling of CO with nitrous acid esters, e. g.CH3ONO, over Pd/α-Al2O3, hydrolysis ofdimethyl oxalate, and regeneration of the byproduced NO to CH3ONO. The catalyst activity is retained in 1000 hrs the average S/Tyield is 611. 5g DMO/L cat. h in 1000 hours,the yield of oxalic acid from hydrolysis is>98%, and NO recbvery is>95%. The mechanism of DMO formation via coupling of COwith CH3ONO is proposed.
