摘要
研究了Mo/HZSM-5催化剂的钼含量对催化剂活性及物理化学性质的影响,探讨了甲烷选择制苯的反应特征。结果表明,ZSM-5沸石上担载的高价钼及其适合芳烃生成的中孔结构和强B酸中心是催化剂获得高选择性和高活性的必要因素,钼含量2%~3%可获得最好活性。W可作为添加助剂改进催化剂活性减少积炭。
he effect of Mo content on the activity and physico-chemical properties of Mo/HZSM-5 catalysts is investigated, and the characteristics of methane aromatization to produce benzene are also studied. The results show that high selectivity and activity of the Mo/HZSM-5 catalyst obtained are attributed to strong polarizability of Mo cation in high valance state, acid function and suitable pore structure for aromatics formation. The favourable Mo content is about 2%~3%. Activity and stability can be improved and carbon formation decreased with W acting as a modifier.
