摘要 高压绝缘法兰受力复杂,压力高已超过了现行规范设计范围。为了完成GJF高压绝缘法兰研究课题,采用了SuperSAP有限单元分析系统,建立切合实际的力学模型,真实地模拟了高压绝缘法兰工况,计算结果令人满意,为评定高压绝缘法兰工作机理和优化设计打下了基础。 The loads of the GJF high pressure insulating flanges are complex,and the pressures go beyond the extend of present design code. IN order to go through with research subject on the GJF high pressure insulating flanges, mechanical model is set up really and the loads of the high pressure insulating flanges is simulated by making use of the Super SAP finite element analysis program. The computation results are satisfactory. Thus,the present work lay foundation for evaluating correctly the work principles of the high pressure insulatng flanges and optimizing design.
