含硒康绿保健茶对铅作业工人危害的保护作用

Protective Action of the Selenium-Added Tea against Lead Toxicity

６名受试者中，３人每天饮茶５ｇ（含硒８０μｇ），另３人每天饮茶１０ｇ（含硒１６０μｇ），连续饮４周。饮茶前抽其中３人血做细胞培养，作为正常对照组（不加铅培养）和阳性对照组（加铅培养）。结果阳性对照组外周血淋巴细胞畸变率、染色体畸变率、微核率分别高达１３．５％、３．２‰及１２．０‰，淋巴细胞转化率降至５１．６％。４周后，饮茶５ｇ和１０ｇ组培养物加铅培养时，上述指标均恢复至正常对照组范围。结果表明：康绿保健茶能拮抗铅所致的遗传毒性和免疫毒性，可作为铅作业工人的保健饮料。

Among six volunteers,three of them were given the tea at the dose level of 5 g and the other three received 10 g(contain 80μg and 160μg selenium respectively)per day for 4 weeks.Before tea drinking blood was drawn from 3 of the subjects and incubated with and without lead added as the positive and negative control respectirely.In the positive control the frequencies of the peripheral blood lymphocyte aberration,chromosomal aberration and micronucleus were found to be as high as 13.5%,3.2‰and l2.0‰respectively and the lymphocyte transformation rate decreased to 51.6%.4 weeks later,blood samples were taken from both 5 g and 10 g tea-drinking groups and incubated with lead.It was found that all the parameters were within normal range.It suggested that the selenium-contained tea may have protective action against the genetic and immunologic toxicity of lead and can be used as a drink for the lead-exposed workers.
