“塔指接待公寓二号楼”是集接待、办公、娱乐于一体的多功能综合性建筑。平面曲折变化，体型复杂，为框架一剪力墙结构体系。全现浇结构。建设场地位于新疆库尔勒市塔指石油基地院内。场地４．３ｍ以下为漂石层。工程性能好，是高层建筑良好的基础持力层。且地下水埋藏较深，故该工程采用天然地基。主体为筏式基础，裙房采用独立柱基。该工程主体与裙房之间取消了惯用的沉降缝作法，而在主体与裙房整体连接时留置后泥带的方法以调整主体与裙房之间的差异沉降。同时在结构及施工要求上采取了一些措施。文中还着重介绍了结构体系的选择，结构布置及结构措施。以及在该工程结构设计中的一些认识和体会。

Having reception and office and recreation services in its function, the building is a comprehensive one. It is located in Kuerlei City of Xinjiang where thers is lower underground water level and boulder bed beneath 4. 3m from ground surface. Such geologic condition provides good foundation for multi storied buildings. The building's body has a raft foundation with single pile foundation for its skirt annex. For the joint of the body and skirt annex, future post poured joint is designed instead of common settlement joint to control differential settlement occurred batween the body and skirt annex, if any. The building has a complex shape with framed-shear wall and poured-in-place structure. This article emphatically describes determination of structural style, structural arrangement and structural measures for the building.
