摘要
榆耳是新近引起人们极大兴趣的一种食用菌,本文从温度、湿度、pH、光线、培养基中碳氮源和水分以培养料等因子与榆耳菌丝生长和出菇的关系方面探讨了榆耳的生物学特性。试图为今后人工栽培榆耳提供一些最基本的信息和资料。
Gloeostereum incarnatum is newly interesting mushroom cultivators. The biological characteristics of the fungus was studied intensively since 1987. The results showed that temperature and moisture of incubation were critical factors for growth of the hyphae and development of fruit body of the fungi. The nutrients and kinds of the sabstrate were important for vegetative and reproductive processes.
