中国高原铁路机车司机在不同条件下的驾驶疲劳研究 被引量:13

摘要 我国铁路因机车乘务员打盹睡觉而造成铁路行车大事故屡见不鲜。有的年份,因此造成的行车大事故高达42%。在乘务中,打盹睡觉可能是机车乘务员“不负责任”、“违章违纪”,但另一重要原因是司机的驾驶疲劳。本文通过对我国高原铁路机车司机驾驶疲劳的测试,研究高原铁路机车司机在不同海拔、不同年龄及不同班次条件下驾驶疲劳发展规律。这些规律不仅对高原铁路管理局在机车乘务员的乘务交路安排、机务段机车乘务员定员编制以及机车乘务员后勤管理提供科学依据,为低海拔的平原铁路管理局在深化车机联控及机车乘务员日常管理方面提供重要信息,而且有助于铁路高级管理者修改补充铁路行车重大、大事故的调查、分析和处理程序。 Because of locomotive engineers,sleeping and napping on the way of trains ’running,high percentage of accidents during train operations occurred years before,The reasons of sleeping and napping during work are their careless and violating of railway regulations. Engineers’driving fatigue is the other reason which seems very important to the accident analysis. On the basis of testing engineers’driving fatigue on China’s plateau railways and of certain analysis,the laws of engineers’driving fatigue,which will benefit the railway authority in revising and supplementing the″Investigation、Analysis and Treatment Procedure for Accidents″,were found out in terms of different heights above sea level ,differentages of the drivers and different working shifts. The paper will provide both the railway administrations on plain railways and that on plateau railways with information in coping withthe arrangement of locomotive drivers’working shifts,the control of railway station mastersand drivers ,the determination of number of drivers in a locomotive sector and the management of drivers’logistics.
