673例妊娠妇女巨细胞病毒活动性感染的调查

An invesligation of 673 Pregnant Women otCytomegalovirus Active infection

采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ＥＬＩＳＡ）捕获法对６７３例妊娠妇女血清抗巨细胞病毒ＩｇＭ型抗体（ＣＭＶ—ＩｇＭ）进行检测，证实ＣＭＶ活动性感染率为５５／６７３（８．１７％）．活动性感染者尿聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）结果表明尿液ＣＭＶ—ＤＮＡ阳性率４７．５％。鉴于孕妇ＣＭＶ活动性感染时时其子代有一定程度的危害或影响，建议通过检测ＣＭＶ—ＩｇＭ对孕妇ＣＭＶ感染状态进行监测，以采取相应措施。
