小梁切除术术后前房延缓形成的预防

Prevention of Delayed Formation of AnteriorChamber after Trabeculectomy.

对１０４例（１２２眼）原发性青光眼，首次成功小梁切除术后眼的前房深度观察，６６眼于术毕时用平衡盐液（ＢＳＳ）形成前房，术后发生浅前房５眼占７．６％；５６眼于术毕用空气形成前房，术后发生浅前房１２眼占２１．４％。两组术后浅前房的发生寒差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。表明术毕前房注入平衡盐液比注入空气更能降低小梁切除术术后浅前房的发生率。术毕用平衡盐液形成前房能较好预防术后前房延缓形成，避免浅前房引起的并发症。

he anterior chamber depth after first suc-cesful trabeculectomy was studied postopera-tively in 104 patients (122 eyes )with primaryglucoma. At the end of the operation,anteriorchamber was formed with BSS in 66 eyes, ofwhich 5 (7. 6 %) developed postoperative shal-lowing of the anterior chamber , while anteriorchamber was formed with air in 56 eyes ,in 12(21. 4%) of which shallowing of the anteriorchamber occurred. The difference is significant(P<0. 05). It is indicated that BSS is betterthan air in preventiny shallowing of the anteri-or chamber. The author einphasized that for-mation of the anterior chamber with BSS atthe end of operation may likely prevent de-layed formation of the anterior chamber,andwhich may avoid complications from shallow-ing of the anterior chamber.
