论我国铁路危险货物运输改革与发展

On Reform and Development Direction of Dangerous Goods Transportation of Chinese Railway

针对我国铁路危险货物运输存在的诸如危险货物办理站布局欠合理、作业设施陈旧、管理水平落后等方面的问题，提出改革现行铁路危险货物运输管理体制，完善办理站在路网上的规划，以及建立危险货物运输条件检测监督机构等设想，旨在为现实铁路货物运输现代化管理创造条件。

In the light of existing problems of dangerous goods transportation of Chinese railway, such as irrational distribution of stations handling dangerous goods, obsolete operation facilities and backward management level, and of the need of development, the paper puts forward the following assumptions in order to create conditions for the realization of modermized management of railway freight transportation: reforming the current management system of railway dangerous goods, improving the plan of handling stations in the network, and establishing inspection and supervision organization of dangerous goods transportation.
