Exploration of Implementing Central Station Management System by Railway Traffic Departments

随着我国改革开放的不断深入，车务系统对中间站的管理体制越来越暴露出其弊端。在调查研究的基础上，提出了中心站管理体制的基本模式。同时，还提出了新线建设要以中心站布局为基础进行规划、投资和建设的观点。

With the deepening of China's reform and opening to the outside world,more and more drawbacks in the management system of central stations of the traffic depertments were disclosed. In accordance with investigation and study,the author puts forward a basic model for the management system of central stations. At the same time,the author suggests that the planning, investment and construction of new lines should be based on the layout of the central stations.
