介绍了昆明东车辆段成为铁道部可以进行进口原民主德国24型空调车一级厂修的定点厂的经验。他们成立了由段长、技术干部、技术工人三结合的科技攻关小组,建立了质量保证体系和严格的奖惩制度;强化了低投入,高产出,出效益的有力措施;从加强思想政治工作和改革分配制度两方面调动职工的积极性。
The paper briefs on the experiences of the Kunming East RollingStock Depot in becoming the appointed shop of the Mininstry of Railways to do first-class overhaul of the German imported type-24 airconditioned coaches.The Depot set up a technical research group,which consisted of the depot manager,engineers and technical workers;established systems of quality guarantee and rewards and penalties; strengthened measures of low input,high output and profits;and brought the enthusiasm of staff and workers into play by both strengthening ideological work and reforming wage system.
