摘要
本文通过对以往钒渣直接冶炼钒铁的工艺及试验情况分析,提出并进行了钒渣直接还原、用五氧化二钒增钒精炼法冶炼含钒50%中钒铁的新工艺试验,工业规模试验表明,钒回收率高、能耗低,提高了经济效益和社会效益;产品可满足生产多种含钒钢的要求。
Abstract Through analysis to the process and experiments in producing FeV using vanadium slag before,the paper puts forward and does new process experiments.These are:vanadium slag is reduced directly;by refininy of increasing vanadium content from vanadium pentoxide to produce 50% vanadium medium FeV. Industrial experiments show:vanadium recovery rate is high,energy.consumption is low,econonic and social benefit is increased;the product can meet the needs of many types of vanadium steel.
