摘要
本文提出一种用自组织神经网络对彩色数字地图进行调色板压缩的技术,它能产生一个自适应调色板和彩色空间量化码书作为双重查找表,从而使图像的解压缩和显示转换成快速而简单的查表过程。本文研究了用调色板技术进行色彩量化和彩色空间量化的方法。
A compression technique with palette for color digital aeronautical maps using self-organized neural network, which can generate a adaptive palette and a codebook for color spatial vector quantization as double look-up-tables, is proposed on account of its quick and easy decompression and display. The methods for both color quantization and color spatial vector quantization using palette are studied in this paper.
