摘要
本文利用谱域法和谱域导抗法,以速度匹配为目标对鳍线结构铌酸锂(LiNbO3)光波导行波调制器的横向结构各参数做了优化计算,包括作为鳍线基底的铌酸锂晶片厚度、鳍线槽宽及光波导位置,并计算了影响调制特性的高次模分布。
in this paper, the calculations for optimal design(to fulfill velocity-match) of the lithium niobate(LiNbO3) optical waveguide modulator in fin line were made base on the spectrum domain method and the spectrum domain immittance approach, including the width of the lithium niobate plate which was used to be substrate of the finline, slot width of the finline and position of the optical waveguide. Then the high order modes of this finline were also be calculated.
