摘要
介绍按国际建议设计并实现的会议电视系统,对其构成、设计特点及硬件实现,特别是对其核心技术──符合ITU-TH.261建议的视频编解码硬件实现做了初步探讨,并提出了有效的传输缓存器控制和自适应量化策略。该系统可在传输速率为128kb/s~2Mb/s的数字信道上传输,系统延时约为0.5s,图像主观质量较高。
The design and realization of a videoconference system based on international recommendations are introduced in this paper,whereas hardware implementation of video codec based on ITU-T H. 261 are briefly discussed, the transmission buffer control method and the adaptive quantization strategy are proposed.This system can be operated under the transmission rate from 128kb/s to 2Mb/s with system delay of about half a second and high subjective image quality.
