摘要
城市污水厂污泥是城市污水处理过程中,无法避免的二次污染物.以直接热化学液化技术处理此种污泥是其处理技术的最新发展之一,直接热化学液化过程具有处理与能源利用双重性质.文中介绍了以间歇反应釜对其进行实验室研究的一些结果,发现在反应温度250~300℃的范围内,每千克挥发性固体(VS)可得油0.4~0.44kg,相应的有机质转化率为70%~80%,过程能量消费比小于1,指示过程为净得能的.处理过程废水COD约40g·L-1,但具有类似于城市污水的生化可降解性,可回流污水厂处理.
Municipal sewage sludge is an unavoidable secondary pollutant which comes from the process of municipal sewagewtreatment .The didectrthermochemical liquefaction technology is a new treatment method of sludgese sposalowhich has the advantage of both treatment and energy recovery. In this article,some experimental results from a batch reactor are discussed. The results show that between reaction temperatures of 250~300℃,toil yields 0.4~0.44 kg/kg VS and organic conversion yields 70%-80%. Energy cconsumption ratio of the process is less than unity, indicating that the poocesssis met energy producer. The COD value of the wastewater from the process is about 40g·L-1, which has the same biodegradability as the municipal sewage itself.
