摘要
合成了二种顺式棉酚铂(Ⅱ)配位化合物PtA_2(Gos)_(1/2)[A_2=(NH_3)_2或乙二胺(en),Gos=棉酚(Gossypol)]。元素分析、红外光谱分析和电导滴定提示这类新型化合物结构式为[A_2Pt(C_(3O)H_(26)O_8PtA_2]。这二种化合物具有抗肿瘤活性,对小鼠EAC的抑制率分别为51.43%、57.14%。
Cis-platinum (Ⅱ) complexes of gossypol, PtA_2(Gos)_(1/2),have been synthesized (A_2=(NH_3)_2 or ethylenediamine,Gos=Gossypol). Elemental analysis, IR analysis and conductometric titration indicated that the structures of these new compounds are [A_2 Pt(C_(30)H_(26)O_8)Pt A_2]. These compounds have antitumor activity and their inhibition ratio of EAC in mice are 51. 43%and 57. 14%respectively.
