氧化铂和硫化铂对实验性大鼠围产期的毒性及致癌性探讨 被引量:1

摘要 妊娠BDⅨ大鼠经口给予氧化铂和硫化铂后1~3d,能使妊娠动物体重减轻,其后体重增加迟缓,胎盘以及胎鼠的重量降低,分娩后有乳汁分泌不足或无乳汁。仔鼠的发育迟缓,且存活时间缩短。此外,在56只妊娠的动物中,出现3例白血病,1例脊髓的星形细胞瘤。结果表明:氧化铂和硫化铂对于妊娠的大鼠及其仔鼠均有一定的毒性,并提示:3例白血病可能不是通过氧化铂和硫化铂诱导的,而1例脊髓的星形细胞瘤可能与氧化铂直接相关。 PtO2·H2O and PtS2 were given orally to pregnant BD Ⅸrats.They caused reduction of body-weight and slowed the process of weight gains in pregnant animals and decreased weight of placentas and fetus.They also caused hypogalactia after delivery.The body-weight changes of bady rats showed that PtS2 or PtO2·H2O retarded growth and shorten the life-span of descendants.Among 56 mother rats 1 developed astrocytoma in lumbar spinal cord and 3 had leukemia.These observations suggest that PtS2 and PtO2·H2O have some toxic effect on mother and their descendants in BD Ⅸrats.We believe that leukemia in 3 cases were not caused by PtO2·H2O or PtS2 and PtO2·H2O may directly involved in the development of astrocytoma.
