恶性滋养细胞肿瘤患者瘤灶急性出血的应急处理

Emergency Management of Acute Hemorrhage of Malignant Trophoblastic Neoplasm

妇科恶性肿瘤的血液供给多来自髂内动脉，经髂内动脉超选择插管，行肿瘤血管栓塞治疗，可阻断瘤灶出血部位的血供，有利于及时止血。我院采用经皮股动脉穿刺插管，在数字减影血管造影下，对９例恶性滋养细胞肿瘤原发灶和（或）转移灶急性出血患者，进行髂内动脉超选择插管的肿瘤血管栓塞治疗，结果９例出血部位的供血动脉均被阻塞，出血得到控制，为抢救病人或手术赢得了时间。

As gynecological malignant tumor is supplied via internal iliac artery embolisation therapy of tumor via superselectine internal iliac intubation can intercept blood supply of bleeding site of tumor so as to achive hemostasis in time.Nine patients with malignant trophoblastic tumor presented with acute bleeding resulting from primary or metastasic focus have been treated in this method.Percutaneous femoral arterial intubation was used under the guidance of digital substraction angiography(DSA).By blocking the blood supply of bleeding focus thereby controlling the hemorrhage the time for operation is gained.
