复发性口腔溃疡患者免疫学指标检测的研究

Immunology and Radioimmunology in Patient with ROU

本文研究了复发性口腔溃疡患者血清中ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＭ、Ｃ３；唾液中分泌型ＩｇＡ（ＳＩｇＡ）、ＩｇＧ及血浆中环－磷酸腺苷酸（ｃＡＭＰ）、环－磷酸鸟苷酸（ｃＧＭＰ）、促卵泡生长素（ＦＳＨ）、黄体生成素（ＬＨ）、睾酮（Ｔ）等含量的变化。结果发现，患者血清中Ｃ３含量与唾液中ＳＩｇＡ含量均下降，唾液中ＩｇＧ含量升高，以上与对照组比较差异均有显著性意义（Ｐ均＜０．０１）；女性患者血浆中ＬＨ及男性患者血浆中Ｔ的含量下降，与对照组比较差异均有极显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．００１）．血浆中ｃＡＭＰ、ｃＧＭＰ含量无明显变化。本文提示复发性口腔溃疡病因复杂，与机体免疫、内分泌及口腔局部免疫状况有关。

The changes of serum IgA,IgG,IgM and C3;SIgA,IgG of saliva;cAMP,cGMP,FSH,LH and T of blood plasma were examined in ROU patients.C3 level was decreased in these patients(P<0.01) and the LH in female's plasma and T in male's plasn1a were lower as compared with control(P<0.001).The differences were signifcant.The cAMP and cGmp level were normal.Our study suggests that the ROU pathogenesis involves many factors,including immune state,endocrine system and the immune condition of oral Cavity.
