米非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于终止8～26周妊娠的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Termination of Pregnacy of 8～26th Gestation Week Using Ru-486 Plus Misoprostol

本文５０例孕８～２６周妇女用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止妊娠，完全流产率９４％，不全流产率６％，未发生大出血及感染。胎物排出平均时间为６ｈ５３ｍｉｎ，其中以孕１４＋～２０周者最短，与孕８～１４周和孕２０＋～２６周相比较有显著性差异（Ｐ均＜０．０５）．９０％病例流、引产出血量＜１００ｍｌ，妊娠产物排出后患者阴道出血持续时间＜２周者占８４％。由此可见，药物流、引产效果好，副作用及出血量少，服用方便，经济省时，具有推广应用价值。

In fifty pregnant women between 8～26th gestation week,Ru-486 and misoprostol were used for termination of pregnacy.The complete abortion rate was 94%,while incomplete abortion rate was 6%.No massive hemorrhage or infection occurred.The average elimination time of was 6°53'.The time was shortest among these pregnant women between 14～20th gestation week.The difference was of statistical significance when they were compared with those between 8～14th or 20～26th gestation week(P<0.05).In 84% of the cases,the amount of vaginal bleeding was less than 100 ml and in 90% of the casesthe bleeding lasted less than 2 weeks.It is suggested that induced abortion using drugs causes less bleeding and has less side effect;It is effective,convinient to use and ecomonical.
