摘要
我院１９７５年１月～１９９３年３月共收治卵巢恶性肿瘤５２９例，其中卵巢无性细胞瘤３０例。有２１例行全子宫、双侧附件及大网膜切除术，７例行患侧附件及大网膜切除术，２例仅切除部分肿瘤。本组中５例术后短期内死亡，其余２５例辅以化疗和放疗，均获得较好的疗效，５年存活率为６３．３３％。分析结果显示该病的预后除与临床分期、病变范围等因素有关外，其病程、治疗方式及疗程间隔时间也直接影响患者的预后。
patients with ovary cancer from January 1975 to March 1993 treated in our hospital are reported.Of these cases,thirty were dysgerminomas.Uterus plus ovaries and omentum in 21 patients had been removed,informal ovary and omentum in 7 patients had been removed and partial removal of tumor was performed in 2 patients.In these 30 cases,five patients lived only for a short time after surgery.The others treated by chemotherapy and radiotherapy after surgery showed better effect.The results showed that the prognosis of dysgerminoma is correlated not only with clinic stage,the extent of the disease,etc.but also with the duration of the disease,the method of treatment and the interval between treatments.
