摘要
在Langedorff离体大鼠心脏模型上比较了去冠脉内皮(实验组)和保留冠脉内皮(对照组)的心肌再灌注损伤。结果:实验组的左室峰值和最大升降速度、心肌超氧化物歧化酶及ATPase活性明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而冠脉灌注压和冠脉流出液中乳酸脱氢酶及磷酸肌酸激酶、心肌过氧化产物丙二醛则明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。表明:去冠脉内皮可减轻心肌再灌注损伤。提示:冠脉内皮细胞在心肌再灌注损伤中起重要作用。
The myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injuries(MIRI)in the experimental groups(with endothelial cells removed)and control groups(with endothelial cells retained)were compared in the isolated rat hearts(Lengendorff technique),The results showed that LVSP±dp/dt_(max),Superoxide dismutase and ATPase were significantly higher(P<0. 05),coronary perfusion pressure, LDH,CPK and MDA in the perfusate significantly lower in the experimental groups than those in the control groups(P<0.05).The findings demonstrated that removal of coronary arterial endothelial cells might reduce the injuries of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion,and that coronary arterial endothelial cells play an important role in MIRI.
