摘要
采用大鼠研究了硼和硼复方剂对氟毒性的拮抗作用。结果表明,氟暴露组大鼠尿氟增高,长骨骨氟及血清碱性磷酸酶活性增高,血清微量元素铜、锌降低,脾脏自然杀伤细胞和白细胞介素2活性降低,与对照组比较差异均有显著意义(P<0.05或<0.01);硼和硼复方剂对氟毒性具有明显的拮抗作用(P<0.05或<0.01)。提示硼和硼复方剂可以减轻机体氟负荷,调整体内微量元素的平衡,增强机体免疫功能。
The antagonistic effects of boron and compound boron on toxicity of fluoride in rats were investigated.Results showed that levels of fluoride in long bone and urine,activity of alkaline phosphatase of serum in fluoride-exposure groups,as compared with control group,were significantly increased.(P<0.05or<0.01).Exposure group's contents of copper,zinc in serum and activity of the natural killer cells,interleukin-2 were lower than those of control group.The boron and compound boron can antagonize the toxicity of fluoride.It suggested that boron and compound boron might reduce the fluoride load,regulate the balance of trace elements and enhance immune function in rats.
