摘要
骶神经束膜囊肿引起坐骨神经和（或）骶神经根损伤综合征３例，经手术治疗，症状缓解，神经缺失体征改善，恢复工作。随访一年以上无复发。参考有关文献，结合作者的体会，重点讨论了其诊断和手术的方式及注意点等问题。
The paper reported sacral perineurhl cysts with some syndromes related to the sciatic nerve or the sacral nerve root damage,These patients with perineurial cysts were successfully treated by surgery.Symptoms were distinctly relieved and neurological functions markedly improved after treatment.The postoperative follow up of one year suggested that all cases were not only free from recurrence but also recovered well enough to work.Author reviewed some relevant articles and problems about diagnosis and treatment of these cases were discussed.
