摘要
以生理浓度的雌二醇（Ｅ_２）和睾丸酮（Ｔｅ）体外作用于人外周血淋巴细胞，观察对ＰＨＡ刺激的淋巴细胞增殖反应、白细胞介素－２（ＩＬ－２）诱生水平及淋巴细胞对ＩＬ－２的反应性．取肝素抗凝血１０份，男女各５份，设Ｅ_２、Ｔｅ及Ｅ_２＋Ｔｅ实验组和无激素对照组．结果表明：Ｅ_２可明显抑制ＰＨＡ刺激的淋巴细胞增殖反应、ＩＬ－２诱生水平及静止淋巴细胞对ＩＬ－２的反应性，对ＰＨＡ活化的淋巴细胞反应性无影响，Ｔｅ的作用在各例间不一致．
We observed the effects of physiological concentration of 17-β-estradio (E_2) and testosterone(Te)on immune function of human peripheral blood lymphocytes in vitro,including the effects on PHA-stimulated lymphocytic proliferation, production of IL-2 and lymphocyte proliferation induced by IL-2. The heparinized venous blood samples were obtained from 10 donors(5 men and 5 women).E_2 , Te and E_2 plus Te were added to lymphocyte culture system respectively. Control cultures were established to which neither E2 nor Te was added. The results showed that E_2 could markedly inhibit PHA-stimulated lymphocyte proliferation(P<0.05), production of IL-2and response of rest lymphocytes to IL-2 (P<0. 05).E_2 did not influence response of activated lymphocytes(stimulated by PHA)to IL-2 (P>0. 05). Considerable variation among individuals was observed in the response of lymphocytes to Te.
